In this paper, I explain the deduction and originality of my issue in terms of subject, setting, aspect, and instrument. The study focuses on childrens lecture in a bilingual setting: socialal spoken quarrel and national voice communication in East Java. The study is wide because the goals cover triad major aspects, namely: childrens quarrel proficiency, delivery choice, and lyric poem views. Moreov er, these three aspects have been investigated in three different locations: a big city, a small town, and a village. As children were the subjects of the study, the example to elicit the data was designed in an innovative musical mode such that the childrens interest could be accommodated.
